Would you like to relax in luxurious conditions overlooking the sea?

We invite you to an apartment located in the Olympic Park building in Kolobrzeg (Kolberg), only 100 meters away from a sandy and silent beach. The apartment is on the second floor, has 40m² (bedroom, living room with kitchenette, and bathroom) and terrace. The capacity of the suite is 4 guests.

Spatial and sunny living room with fabulously comfortable armchair, fold-out couch , 32’’ FULL HD TV set (with cable television) and mini hifi system compatable with CD/DVD/MP3 formats will ensure relaxing evenings. You can also connect your own computer via a VGA cable (included) or a HDMI cable (not included in the apartment).

The kitchenette has all necessary equipment to prepare tasty foods. The included espresso machine and toaster will be sure to make your breakfasts delightful. The kitchenette has a wireless kettle, four-burner stovetop, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher.

In the bedroom there is a comfortable bed with delicate ecru-coloured linens and hypoallergenic quilt and pillows. Spacious closet contains iron, ironing-board, vacuum cleaner, beach equipment and lots of space for your clothing. There is a beautiful silver-mirrored dressing table which can double as a nice desktop.

The comfortably arranged bathroom contains a spacious shower cabin with a multi-setting showerhead. Also waiting for you are soft cotton towels and a hairdryer.

After a sunny day on the beach you can relax on the wooden covered terrace, which features a lovely large table with four very comfortable chairs.

Wifi and LAN Internet is available in the apartment.

There is also a fitness gym in the building, secure bicycle storage and a common room with access to a kitchen. These features are included for all guests.

The apartment also has an underground parking place.

All of this is just several steps away from the sea, the park, and only a 25 minute walk to the city center. Just 1.5 km south you will find two major supermarkets and some small shops.

The neighborhood is very calm and green. There are also a few SPAs in the area. Cyclists will enjoy a 30km long bikepath located nearby. The path follows a seaside route going west towards the city centre. Take the path east and you will encounter a wonderful park featuring bird habitats.

Close to the beach there is a restaurant where you can eat fresh fish, cool down with a glass of beer or warm up with a cup of coffee.

• Minimum stay during July and August is 7 days.
• We accept reservations 24h a day by email or by phone from 9am to 8pm CET.
• To confirm your reservation a 20% deposit is required.
• Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. In particular cases we can adjust the hours.
• The price of rental includes bedding and towels.
• Guests are responsible for their own possessions.
• Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment clean (there is no cleaning service).   No smoking in the suite.
